The thing that bothers me more than the fact that it's a gigantic head tattoo...or the Raiders for that matter, is the fact that it's not centered or at least it seems like it isn't in relationship to his nose. I know it's my problem but I just want to fix it for him.

I think a lot of people are getting hung up on the word discrimination. You can discriminate against people for having ink, hell as far as I know you can discriminate against people for being fat. It's not against the law to discriminate against some things, only certain areas are protected under the law.

Absolutely. I think they are asking for how recent it is as it may affect the result. I have 2 (1 is pictured to the left) and have had 4 MRI's due to 3 recent back surgeries.
