Me to, I am from Edinburgh and the cold weather is not a good motivation to get me out on my bike or walking but I do want to lose 3stones. So am going to start with trying to walk 18,000 to 20,000 steps a day. So come on the Scots we can do this.

I donated blood last night and feel the same I am taking more fruit as your blood level drops after giving blood and I tend to be on the lower blood level so along with iron foods you could add some glucose foods.

Count me in I walk but don't have a clue as to how many steps I take and my son has challenged me to walk the 'West Highland Way' with him, 95miles so I need to get a lot of walking practice and start drinking lots of water.:drinker:
