Im from Scotland and I'm starting fresh again and really need to lose some weight I'm feeling determined could do with support on here feel free to add me :D

    Me to, I am from Edinburgh and the cold weather is not a good motivation to get me out on my bike or walking but I do want to lose 3stones. So am going to start with trying to walk 18,000 to 20,000 steps a day. So come on the Scots we can do this.
