If you are on level 2 I have a question for you: Do you have any tips for the walking push-ups? I can land into a plank just fine it's just getting back up that's the hard part lol

I'm going to start on Monday and I am kind of scared...I have never been a runner mainly becaue I have asthma. I can't keep using my asthma as an excuse not to get fit. I shall see how this goes =]

I'm 21 and I just got started on here....I'll be using this site alot more especially since I'm on summer vacation and have nothing to do but exercise lol Since I'll be a senior when school starts back up My short term goal is to be under 200 pounds before Homecoming in October!
