  • I find it's an 80/20 rule. 80% of our success comes from how/what we eat and only 20% comes from the exercise we do. I feel I can exercise until I am blue :grumble: (or red :mad: ) in the face, but unless I closely watch what I eat I don't lose. hope that helps a little.
