Maybe they didn't like you before you started losing weight, they don't have to suck up to you now. I can see how that would happen....

Laser lipo. I know a couple of people who've had it done and had great results.

MFP has a deficit built in so you are supposed to try and hit that calorie target, not stay under it.

If you really are at 25% bodyfat you would only need to drop down to ~110lbs to be 20% bodyfat. If you got down to 100lbs and retained your lbm (theoretically) you would be at 13% bodyfat which is dangerously low for women.

No woman could survive at 5% bodyfat, sorry. Essential fat is 10-13%. You might have put on some muscle when you put on 50lbs.

I'm still here! Didn't weigh in this week bc im honestly not sure how much weight i lost this week. I haven't been eating at a deficit but have been doing a lot more manual labour lol (painting for 8 hours yesterday & today.. nightmares). I'll weigh in again next week :)
