Anything that isn't cotton. bleh. go for dri fit, wicking material. the rest is personal preference (pants or shorts, tanks or tees, ect)

I've changed all of my titles to times like 8-11, 11-2 ect ect because i never eat at the 'right' time. I like it better this way.

those people might have their activity level set at sedentary so they can log walking the dog. I don't think an extra 30 calories a day will make or break their weightloss lol.

Im in! My birthdays on halloween too :D SW: 222 CW: 182 Halloween goal weight: 172- 50lbs lost! Sounds like a good birthday present to me :laugh: :happy: I don't think i'd be able to reach 162 for halloween tbh.

My new years goal is 164 (HEALTHY BMI!). 18 lbs away, i think its doable.

Just guessing here, but if you have your goal set to 1.5 or 2 lbs a week lower it to .5 or 1lb since you dont have a lot of weight left to lose. MOAR FOOD :D

theres a weekly calorie average on the mobile app, i dont think they have one on the website though.

You definately need to eat more than that to gain weight. Use this calculator to calculate how much you need to eat. Set it to Clean Bulk and you'll gain .5lbs/week. Im guessing its probably around 2k for you. http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/

I just googled it and it looks like a lot of BS. Calorie deficit & exercise is the best diet ever! Don't get sucked into these fad diets, it won't do you any good.

BSN syntha 6 is the best tasting one i have ever tried. Higher in carbs/fat/cals than most others but its worth it to me bc i can mix it with straight water and it still tastes delish.

Both. I wear workout specific leggings for working out. I just wear cheap ones for everyday. Leggings/jeggings have become my bff with weight loss. I can wear them alot longer than jeans without them getting baggy. <--- leggings lol. To be fair they are really thick ones originally for running in the snow/cold weather so…

Nope. Not accurate for me either. It gave me a BF% of 28.6 when I know for a fact my BF is around 40%.
