I personally wouldn't do both of them. I would choose 1 and work towards it. If you start now you could even run it! Couch to 5K or Couch to 10K are good programs to start with. W6D3 and i ran 30 minutes straight!! I think it was around 4k. Woo! I finally feel like I can do this now. Weird thing though- My left foot was completely numb when I finished. I ran W6D2 today and it didn't go too well. I ran at a track and ran in lane 1 instead of my usual lane 7. Wow did that screw me up! Its funny how such a small change of routine can mess me up. I just came back from doing W6D1 and really enjoyed it. I ran it at a faster pace than im used to and used it as time to practice on improving my form. it kicked my butt. I felt it was harder than W5D3 because I did that pretty slow and wasnt even tired after.

No. That is an unrealistic goal. the most you should shoot for is 40lbs in 5 months losing 2lbs/week and even then I think you should expect more like 12-20lbs in 3-5 months. Sorry.

Ran 10 minutes straight! Not alot but considering a couple of weeks ago I was having trouble running 2 minutes straight its a good improvement.

I eat after 8 all the time. I usually work til 9 most days and I have class 5-8 on the other days so I just wait to eat until I get home. I don't think it makes any difference for my weight loss.

I'd love to lose 30 by july! My goal right now is 40 for october (my birthday) so I think I can do 30 for july. :D

Try restricting dairy and soy, they commonly contribute to hormonal acne. If that doesn't help I would go on BCPs. I know you don't want to take any prescriptions but its the only thing that helps sometimes because it regulates your hormones (if you find the right one). GL!

The best thing to do is go to a running store and get professionally fitted. If you can't do that I would walk around in the store and try to jog in the shoes to see if they are comfortable. I currently run in new balances and like them but they aren't very pretty lol.
