Try some seated boxing exercises. It gets yoru cardio up and you don't need to put any pressure on your feet.

5'4" now at 142 pounds. Want to be 125/130. I'll see how I feel when I lose a few more pounds. i eat about over my 1200 calories but I exercise so it's all good. I've lost 8 pounds since I started MFP. Add me as a friend f you want. Kristine

This is what I do. I also try to eat nutrionally dense foods and havea protein every time I eat anything. It keeps me full longer so I don't go off on a nosh! Kristine

think back to why you started this weight loss journey and write down all the reasons. Put this lsit on your fridge and carry a copy with you. I can relate. I sometimes feel as if I am all alone. I try to find comments that have little if any responses and try to respond. That feeling of being alone is scary. Thanks for the post.

All your posts are wonderful. I am smiling at all the comments. Happy to know that orange adds 10 pounds - won't be buying an orange jumpsuit anytimne soon. The labels I wear are everywhere from a size 4 to a size 10. Go figure. Congratulations by the way!
