I do this and then I weigh and wrap in 3, 4 and 5 oz servings so they are quick to grab and add to veggies or eat alone if I need a quick protein fix!

Just try putting your exercise in "notes" on the exercise page, then you can track your exercise, but it won't adjust your calories.

Try Cauliflower rice...excellent, and you can freeze the cauliflower rice in 1 cup baggies and use as much as you want. Just google the recipe

I always have a 20 oz Tervis with every meal, I always make sure my water is gone before I take my last bite of food. Slows my eating down and I know I get in at least 60 oz, I always drink more, but that is my minimum

The best way to make sure I am getting enough water is with every meal I have a 20oz bottle and I make sure the bottle is empty before my meal is done. It helps me eat more slowly and I am full when the meal is complete and I feel full for a longer period of time.

take a couple of classes, talk to the instructors or fitness counselors (most gym's will have some one that can help) and let them help you develop a routine that will work for you. Have fun!

The C25K makes it really easy not to push your self too hard. I am so glad I am doing this, and when I complete the program I plan on finding ways to increase my speed. I am 61 years young and I am loving this program. If you are not starting till March, try walking 30 minutes everyday to get in the groove! You can do it!

Why wait till March? :) Get after it and enjoy! I am on week 8 and it has been really rewarding to do this. I used to run as well, and I am so glad to be back at it!

I did the 20 minute run earlier this week, I was really anxious about it as well, but I knew once I did it, it would be in the past and I could get to the next segment and I did it! I covered up the timer, (I run on a treadmill) so I would not focus on the time, played some of my favorite…

the worst piece of equipment ever!!!! Had tons of trouble with it and i bought it new. Replaced it with a high end treadmill that I love. Treadclimber gets a big thumbs down!
