Congratulations Mary! Keep it up! Take it one day at a time and remember "Progress not Perfection".

Wow! You have done an amazing job this summer and fall. Keep it up. Can't wait to hear how you are doing in a few months.

In my opinion: If you are trying to hit your macro goals, you should care less about your overall calorie goal. You should also try to hit your macros within +/- 3 grams. You will need to experiment with your logging and will often have to play around with logging foods for several attempts before meeting your goals. For…

I have been drinking natural flavored carbonated water such as Dasani or La Croix sparkling water. They are delicious and something with flavor for when I crave it. Also, they are all natural and don't have any artificial sweeteners or calories.

Congrats! Keep up your hard work. With consistency, you'll hit your next goal!

Maybe if you open your diary, we could look at your food choices and help make suggestions.

I see a trend here...my favorite food is natural peanut butter (only 2 ingredients- peanuts and salt)! My favorite food staple, which I eat most days is Chobani greek yogurt. I get the flavored 6 ounce containers from Costco and usually eat two a day.

My typical breakfast smoothies are: 140 grams (about 1 cup) frozen fruit- right now I am using a blend from Costco with papaya, mango, pineapple, and strawberries 85 grams spinach 1 tablespoon chia seeds 1 scoop (36 grams) vanilla protein powder ~ 1/2 cup of water They are delicious and under 300 calories. I have also used…

My stats are similar to yours: 4'10.5", 130 lbs, and just turned 32. I am going to start doing IIFYM next week (up until this point I have been eating mostly clean and counting calories- daily goal 1200-1400), and just got my macro numbers from my husband's trainer. My macros are based on wanting to lose weight, but I…

I agree and think there is such a thing as being 'ready' to lose weight. I feel that being 'ready' is when you decide your WHYs are important enough to lose the weight. I recommend writing down your whys (reasons you want to lose weight). For me, the whys were enough to get me to realize that I was ready to lose weight.

I am 4'10.5" and 31 years old. My current weight is 129. I started originally at 155 about two years ago, but recommitted to losing again on Christmas at 149 pounds. I have been consistently losing every 3-5 pounds every month I have found eating around 1200-1300 calories works for me on days I don't exercise, and about…

I don't think anyone talked about getting their clothes altered. I had five or sick pairs of slacks taken in as I lost weight. Once the slacks looked ridiculous on me, I took them in. And when I lost more weight, I had them taken in again. This only works if you are going down a size or two. Also, it wasn't very…

My NSV was wearing two tops this week that had previously been too tight for years! Pretty soon, I'll be shopping for smaller clothes :) Love reading everybody's NSV! Happy Friday everyone!

I have had the same thing happen to me several times at work. I pack my lunch and two health snacks everyday, and always eat them. People at work ask me if I want takeout or cake for someone's birthday, and I always say no thanks. When they have tried to insist, I have said "if you leave that cake with me, I am going to…

bump...I've been trying to track this damn thing down forever :)
