hi 1200 cal doesn't seem like enough. I suggest doing about 1500. I'm 36 and weight 236 lbs and i'm aloud to have 1820 cal. it is hard at the begining .but if you eat clean and exercise you will be fine . i find that processed foods have alot more cal in them and stay away from the drive threw. lol...anyways as time goes…
