Results for my husband and I

We started with MFP last April (2011) and doing the 30 Day Shred every night after our kids went to bed. He lost 36 lbs and I lost 28.

This is us before (me around 165 and him around 220)

I've put about 13 of it back on, but am back on track now! I just thought these might help motivate me to get back where I was and to never go back where I have been! This was Easter around 146.

    You look great now, amazing when you first lost the weight. Good job. You can get back on track. Just remember this is a lifestyle change.
