I want to say I only post things like this to encourage, but everyone knows a complement or two never hurt anyone. *wink*

Yep, I always say "If it goes in your mouth, it goes in your diary."

Keep up the good work!

It is called Misophonia. I have explained it to my co-workers and it helps a lot. Doesn't keep the guy across the cube wall from slurping every type of drink like it's hot coffee, though!

keep on amazing the doctors and amazing yourself!

My workouts haven't changed in the past year. I walk the dogs 45-60 minutes a few times a week, go to Canine Agility class once a week and go to Agility competitions 6-8 weekends a year. I would like to start lifting, but haven't yet.

I've been saving that one for a while. ;)

Here’s the Story. Starting point June 3rd 2012: 219 pounds, size 16 pants, 1x tops, but not comfortable. I started losing weight about 4 years ago when I started exercising with my dogs – walking and doing dog sports. I don’t know how much weight I lost because I was afraid of the scale. It was enough that people were…

Lol, the first one was taken in the Sawatch mountains, CO. The other one in Oklahoma and we have had a LOT of rain!

Thank you! I just keep looking at the photos and am befuddled by both versions of "me"!

Is that a doodle!? I have a black one! :) Great job too, I will hit one year on Sunday and I am already feeling emotional about it.

Wish my cubicle co-workers were even half as concerned about this as you are...

Getting a double take and surprised expression from a co-worker I haven't seen in 6 months!

Try putting them on parchment paper and see if that helps.

Way to go! It's so fun when you get to this part!

Look into prolotherapy - may be difficult to find a practitioner - We have one in the OKC metro area. Worked wonders for my terrier's luxating patellas.

Our 60lb labradoodle (lab + poodle) loves to run! She and my husband have completed two 5k competitions with impressive times! She and I also run Canine Agility - a really fun way to train your dog and get some great exercise.

Just make sure he doesn't eat above his BMR.

Thanks for re-posting.

Moving comfort (Maia) for the sports. Try Thelingeriestore.com for the specialty size regular.

You never know just who you might inspire. Always be proud, loud is optional. :)

My mom told me "Your face looks so much more like... "you"! Jealous much? Whatever happened to a standard, "great job"?

Take the unhealthy stuff at home to your local food bank. Worked great for the hubby and me.

I can't run until I lose some more weight (plantar faciitis) but I'm from the grey area between OKC/Edmond if anyone is looking for friends.

I really like my maia (I think is the style) by moving comfort. I run dog sports (outside on turf or inside on dirt) and they get the job done. Also, I second buying one size down, I am a 38DD and bought a 38D. Of course now, I need new ones because my band size has gone down... If you want to try one on, you'll need to…

I keep saying it's going to take losing them in public to make me spend money on new pants... :)
