I am truly grateful for MFP and for those that have encouraged me so far. This is a loss of 67.2 lb @ 5'5" tall.

    I think you and the dog are both standing up straighter and looking more confident in the second photo -- our animals do take cues from how we carry ourselves! Great job!

    Lol, the first one was taken in the Sawatch mountains, CO. The other one in Oklahoma and we have had a LOT of rain!
