  • I belonged to OA years ago. I enjoy discussing our battle with this disease with other like minded people.
  • If you are tying to lose weight or just trying to manage your meals, this program can probably be of use to you, even if only to help you view your total calories for the day. I personally don't believe that continued consuming under your goal is prudent.
  • Sounds like you may have children around that have their snacks available for you. Make a big change the next time you shop.....spend the same amount of dollars on food that is delicious and enjoyable for you and won't wreck your diet. Additionally, you might make some little plastic bags of a few treats for your snack…
  • Having problems getting around with this new program. I'm a single lady, 82 years of age with several health issues. I am on 3 different health restricted food lists. Hard work to find things to eat, especially the healthy snacks and easy to cook meals.
  • Who do I ask abut making changes in the reporting feature of this program. I see where the potassium is being tracked and I would like that to show on my daily food report sheet. I have a challenge with potassium and really need to tract it.
  • Thanks for the welcome......I had a really hard time finding out how to post my first entry. Couldn't find a place without giving it a new topic. I've later posted to the 100# loss group.
