Ehte_h - How many days/week do you lift? I would lift heavy 3 days per week and throw in some HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) 2-3 days per week. You can lift and do cardio on the same day, but I would think about 5 days/week would be good. Hope that helps! Tiffany tiffanystaples.com

I's 5'2" as well! We all have to stick together! I try not to have cheat days for that purpose! I work way to hard to waste my hard work on one day of lack of self control - you can do it!

Hi Noxi_Mom, I agree with nickm21... are you eating enough? Also are you getting about 7-8 hours of sleep and drinking water?? The water thing is HUGE - try to drink atleast the 64oz of water per day, if not a gallon per day. That helps shred weight off of you. Try to change up your workouts as well. Are you still doing…

I am 5'2" and I eat anywhere from 1600-1700 calories/day. I do lift heavy and do HIIT cardio 3 days/week. Don't forget - you have to eat to lose... 1200 calorie diets rarely produce the results you want! Hope that helps! Tiffany www.tiffanystaples.com www.heandsheeatclean.com
