What are you denying yourself? Maybe your body is feeling that you are trying to give up too much with those first few days? I try not to deny myself anything but instead eat items in moderation. Can you give yourself a cheat meal instead of a whole day? And plan it in advance.

How about setting small goals? Can you aim for drinking 64 ounces of water each day for a week? When that becomes a habit, try making sure you get 3 fruits and veggies each day. When that becomes a habit, set another small goal.

I think it totally depends on your body shape and where you tend to lose weight. It also depends on exercises you are doing. Not all of us lose weight in our tummies. I went from a size 22 down to a 12 but I can't honestly say I don't know at what weight loss "milestones" I dropped sizes. I do a lot of toning with weights…

No way! I would get off of it immediately. Doesn't sound healthy at all. The second you try to go back to regular food, you're going to put it all back on. I think doing anything like that is not realistic for sticking with it for the rest of your life. Make small changes to your diet and you're much more likely to lose…

Good for you for trying out the personal training sessions. Does the trainer stretch you at all? When I work with a personal trainer at my gym, he stretches me out afterwords. But I love that burn! Let's me know I'm doing something good for my body! Stick with it!!!

Maybe you aren't eating often enough? I just had a bowl of Multi Grain cheerios (110 cals a cup) and 1/2 cup of skim milk for my afternoon snack. YUM

Welcome! My best advice is to log your food, even if you didn't make great choices. I fall off the wagon and don't log food and then I feel bad. Good luck!

I generally lean toward grilled chicken and steamed veggies when we go out to eat if at all possible. Salads can be a good choice too but you REALLY need to watch the cheese, salad dressing, bacon bits, etc. Good luck!

I only like really cold water so I have to keep ice in mine. Try to make it a contest to see how much you can get in before lunch time and then again in the afternoon.

I wear two sports bras whenever I do any exercising. I have found the trick to be to wear a tighter one and then the one on top has more coverage. The tighter one will almost seem too tight at first but then put a regular one (Target Champion is what I use) over that one in your regular size. Good luck!
