you may have just hit a plateau....depending on how much you're looking to lose. It's perfectly normal for that to happen. I would just make sure that you're getting enough water in your system (as a starter) and try moving around the foods that you eat. Perhaps have no starches in your diet after 4pm.....things like that.…

I"m 5'4" and my goal is 160 (or there about) Once my clothes start fitting properly again, and I can get back into my "skinny" clothes, I won't even look at the scale anymore. For me, it's not about weight, it's about "size".

I tend to drink a lot of water, and I usually have veggies cut up in the fridge, so if I do get the urge to eat I grab those. If I've already completed my log for the day, I'll add the foods to the following day under "snacks". If I haven't logged my day, then I add it to that one.......

I personally never add salt to anything. I try to keep processed/canned food to a minimum. When I have days where my sodium intake is a little higher, I tend to add in another glass of water to help flush it out.
