I haven't been previously but I did go and buy a tape measure yesterday, because I'd love to see some progress!!

I'm actually not seeing a lot of weight loss at all, I'm assuming its because I'm gaining muscle. But I do wish I could see more weight loss, surely after two months I would have lost more than 2 pounds!

Your weight can possibly be fluctuating depending on food, water, ect in your stomach/body. Measuring inches instead of pounds is more accurate.

Have you ever tried blackened porkchops?? Absolutely amazing!

I usually do a whey protein shake and take a banana with me. If you have time for oatmeal that would be great too!

Considering getting this one! I think it might be a good first hrm to invest in. Trying to figure out if this or the Ft7 is better

100 calories? Your setting yourself up for failure, maybe not today or tomorrow, but eventually you will be so hungry by lunch that your going to eat whatever you want and when you want it! At least allow yourself 300 cals, have a whey protein shake with some greek yogurt or fruit, keeps you full, happy, and healthy.…

Make sure your scale is on a hard surface with nothing under it. Then reweigh after voiding, for a more accurate reading.

I'd really like to do the "Run for your lives" race, and there is no way I'm going to be prepared for that by running on a treadmill, and as much as I hate to admit I am constantly looking at the time :/ I am just so scared of running outside, I feel like such a looser cause I get tired so much easier outside.
-
hmmm.... Well maybe now that it is warm enough outside I should try to do my C25k outdoors

I tried today, and the one we have at the local park is in such horrible condition :(

It was so hard, but much better than the first time I tried a few weeks ago. I have no clue how to set a steady pace for myself so that is an issue.
-
Great Idea! I did a little better today than I normally would, I guess it'll just take time.

The rolling hills of west Tn are no fun either! lol Its going to be a long process!

Your body needs carbs to function to its optimum potential and create energy through ATP. Not all carbs are bad, but some are healthier than others. Try to go with the healthier option in moderation.

In my opinion if you were happy with your appearance and confident in how you felt, you wouldn't need the assurance of anyone else. I was the same way and still am. My hubby was happy with me, but I wasn't with myself. That is probably why you are asking others, because you need reassurance, so that you will feel good. If…

That is awesome, apparently I am a mile-aholic.... Hopefully I can actually make myself rest, I really need to get the idea out of my head that if I don't run I cant loose weight.

I do C25k on the treadmill, but its also able to be done outside, and if its not very nice outside you can always take your cardio inside. There are tons of different types of cardio that you can integrate together for a great workout. But don't forget to work on strength as well the more muscle built the less room for…

I'm not in the military, but my husband is a SGT in the army and he is putting together a program for his soldiers in order to help with weight-loss and passing their PT tests. This consists of the C25k program, which is great for both building endurance and weight-loss. (I'm doing it myself) and he also has some at home…

I've been doing interval running for a while in the beginner/intermediate category, I hate having rest days on cardio in between. I feel like I really need to be doing cardio daily to help build up my endurance and loose weight.

It takes 21 days to make something a habit, and I'm around a month and a half mark, and hate missing a day at the gym! Living a healthy life is absolutely worth all the hard work. This site is a great place to find motivation and advice. Feel free to add me :)
