Abs.
I've been working out, and eating healthy for nearly a month. I do both cardio and strength training at least 5 days a week. I'm seeing results everywhere but my abs.... this is super frustrating especially since this is my main problem area. Any advice, or what worked for you? Thanks in advance!

Cardio on C25k off Days?
Started C25K last week and loving it, however I am used to doing at least 20 minutes of cardio followed by strength training 5 days a week... Does anyone else have a cardio program they do on off days?

What am I doing wrong?
I am trying to get back to being happy with my body a year after having my first baby. I recently invested in a gym membership, and having being going 5 days a week for around a month.
