Sorry, its open now. And today was an off day, I woke up late so breakfast got a little messed up. My snack 1 was breakfast. lol. if that makes sense.

I have that problem sometimes. I started adding more things like wheat germ to low fat cottage cheese or something. It helps me. :)

long distance running will help balance out your legs overall. you can try to tone the muscles more by increasing the intensity of what you're already doing, but as i'm sure you've been told (because we all have 1,000 times whether we want to hear it or not) you can't spot reduce.
