I have PCOS too, its hard, but its not impossible, last year i lost almost 40lbs, and i gained most back because i didnt continue the lifestyle , i went back to my old habits, so now i am starting again i have to get this weight off, because i want a baby so bad!

definitely the skinny cow ice cream...i had some tonight and it oh so gooooooooood....and the cup is 150 calories 4g of fiber and 1g of fat, yes it has 21g of sugar but hey , sometimes u gotta have ice cream ;) and this is the perfect substitute...it actually tastes really good and its a generous cup of ice cream.

i just made lentil soup and its great, i put 1 cup of dry lentils in my slow cooker, 1 cup of cilantro, 2tbs of tomato paste....1tbs onion powder, salt, few cherry tomatoes cut in half...added 2 cups of water and let it simmer for a few hours....it was delicious....

yeah increase ur protein, and u need to find what clicks for u, everyone is different and different things work on different ppl......like i said try eating some of ur calories back maybe ur not eating enough.

sarah, when you set up u r profile on MFP it automatically puts you in a X amount of calorie deficit, according to the profile information that you put in....so if u say that you are a active person you are on ur feet most of the day (like a nurse, or a salesman) or if you say most of the day u are sitting (like desk job)…

Her books are good, but she uses a lot of artificial flavoring and lots of fat-free stuff...also lots of processed foods, to make things quicker, but if u swap some things out it gets to be good :)
