I feel defeated
I feel so defeated on 7/1 i was 224.5 on 7/5 im 229. I feel like all my work this month went down the drain. If i stop it will get worse, and i cant handle this yoyo progress anymore. 😭

TDEE question
So according to fat2fit radio my TDEE is 2548 calories i reduced this by 30 % to loose one lb per week , so its about 1784 so i adjusted my macros to 40%carbs 30%protein etc. now, if i ate these 1784 and for example burned today 250 calories that would equal 1534 , so do i eat them back or not? Do i have this right? help…

how to keep suger under control
