Thank you, I think i am making up excuses all the time, reading my post again, i am thinking i need a friend, but i need me to wake up, pick myself up dust myself and continue on this journey, and i need to fall in love with exercising, thats what i need to do..now how do i do that?

I know how frustrating it can be, and i am in the same boat..i researched a little online, and actually the sugar intake and protein are a little higher then what MFP has... from other posters here and from people who have success stories, apparently everything has sugar in it almost..for example cabbage, i didnt eat it…

WoW i never eat fast food, especially not burgers, sometimes , when i used toget fast food it would be chicken, but i know those are filled with junk too. I make my own burgers, we actually get our own meat from Amish ppl that feed their cows with natural things, and dont put hormones in them. I don't even like buying meat…

I am 5'5 aprox and i burn about 210-226 cal according to my HRM some days are less and some are more, i dont know why i guess it depends how much i GIVE INTO IT ! :)

I just completed day 9, one more day and i am on level 2. Anyone having knee pain ???? I am pretty good at completing everything, except the lunges are hard on my knees. definitely make sure you are eating more fiber foods, (lasts longer) fiber one yogurt helped me at first, and its guilt free. Ok guys today i completed day 3 as well.. It was ok those lunges are killing me....but oh well i got this, and let me tell you for 20 minutes according to my new HRM that i just bought today :) i burned 241 calories, my HR was avg 142... this exercise is almost better then 30 minutes on my Elliptical! Its hard to say what you can use to measure a cup, maybe a small drinking glass...you can buy a cup measurements at a dollar store for $1 ....this approximation, but 1 cup cooked white rice has around 250 calories FYI.

hmm i dont know if you can, but you can experiment and let us know :) how bout adding some olive oil instead of butter, i do that a lot where it asks for butter, i just add olive oil, or leave the butter out.

I also do a 60 minute exercise, and if your trying to do this dvd only , 20 minutes wont do it, i am doing other exercises along with it, (bike, elliptical, running) etc depends how i feel, but i am trying to get at least 50 minutes ! So if you guys want more calorie burning, add some other exercises to go with it !

I forgot to ask, we should set a weigh in date, and measurements, what do you all think about every 10 days ? Just weigh yourself on your regular days and then do one big weigh in the first 10 days, 2nd and 3rd??? any suggestions?

i kept pushing my workout to the end and finally did it at 12 am ! I have done 30 day shred earlier so it wasnt as bad this time ! But it still hurt !

lol nah i dont think so , you have to copy the IMG CODE (on photobucket) and then when you copy it , just change the caps IMG to lower case !!! it just worked for me !
