I am still working hard. However, until MFP makes it possible to check in on forums with the mobile App, I have a really hard time getting to a computer every day to check in. Hope everybody has a great week!

It is going well so far! I do wish the mobile app let you get on boards. I don't often get out the computer. I was disappointed that I haven't lost a full pound in the past weeks, but I have lost 1/2 in off my thighs and calves! woohoo The holidays will be here before we know it!

Are you having any muscle soreness from the lifting? If so, then that is your answer. It is fluid retention that occurs from the muscles trying to repair themselves. It is normal. It should happen. It is temporary. Just keep on keeping on.

I just finished week 1 on Focus T25 & am also on 2nd month of Chalean Extreme. I'll continue these with a little TurboFire thrown in.

Sugar free preserves are great for French toast, pancakes, etc.

I make my own whole wheat bread (all organic) and it is 155 calories per slice. The 50 calorie bread from the grocery is usually full of fillers and not great for you.

Big Zero this week. After a loss every week this year, this is a minor blow. I've worked out HARD but I know where my eating went wrong. Actually, it wasn't the eating....it was the drinking. :tongue:
