I usually cook enough at dinner to bring a smaller portion in the next day for lunch. If not I mix tuna, a stalk of celery and a hard boiled egg and put it on a tortilla. Packaged lunches and soup have way to much sodium.

Look for You tube videos on proper form and only add one exercise at a time so you don't feel like you have to remember it all at once. Before long you will walk into the strength training area feeling like a pro.

My treadmill is right next to my home gym. I like to walk during my rest between sets. Lets my muscles rest but keeps my heart rate up then I walk more after my strength training.

You should never let your period stop you from doing the things you want to do and if you have cramping the exercise might even help.

Not eating after 7 is an old wives tale. Your body does not stop digesting in the evening. Eat whenever you want. You might want to consider upping your calories a bit if you are always hungry. No reason to starve when you can loose weight and not starve.

I am hypoglycemic as well. It doesn't happen as often now that I eat clean but when it does a tsp of peanut butter clears it up real fast. Also limit your carbs as they tend to cause sugar spikes. Eat more protein.

Beans of any kind have protein. Find the ones you like best and use them in place of meat in your meals.
