Thanks Mark! I appreciate the advice! I have been drinking lots of water and I think that really helps too. I used to drink so much Coke... haven't had any since I started eating better & working out 5 weeks ago.

I have the same problem. I like to eat when I am bored or when I am watching TV. I find it so hard! But what I do is make sure I don't buy any junk food and when I feel like snacking... I grab a bottle of water.
