  • When i work I work from 7am untill 9.30pm with an hour travelling each way... There is no chance in me doing anything before or after work... espcially if im working two days in a row :s

  • haha i guess a little bit but I have been eating so much junk and cider over christmas its just gradually become bloated. I decided to eat health and exercise two weeks ago and no reduced bloat..... peppermint tea maybe? and sip water throughout the day? I read if you down water it can cause bloat.
  • thanks, I am logging as accurately as possible without weighing, using cups or eg, half a medium sized onion etc. I am trying to over guess as research says people tend to under guess weights ...   • I changed my goals and chose the recommended by MFP option and it has given me cals per day at 1200 and sorted my macros out for me at 40% carb 30% protein and 30% fat?

  • I am counting cals as well, 1200 a day. I did a low carb diet a year or so ago and lost 13lb in 6 weeks, that is why I feel for me limiting carbs gives results!
