I make a crustless quiche once a week for me & the hubby, it gets us 3 breakfasts each (6 slices). Its filling, and low cal. In a bowl combine: 6 large eggs 1/2 cup lowfat cottage cheese 1/2 cup lowfat shredded cheese (your choice) 1 package drained/thawed frozen chopped spinach ( I change up the veggie choice all the…

Has anyone noticed that she is ONLY trying to lose 0.8 lbs? Body weight can fluctuate several pounds every day, plus, an 18 BMI is the lowest end of the healthy range, I dont think you need to lower cals or even try to lose weight, if anything, maybe tone & lift to get the results you're seeking.

30 Day Shred isnt the amount of time it took her, its an exercise program. Amazing job, OP.

I always wondered why the toilet looked so sparkly clean after I purged that carton of poptarts I binged on.

Have you ever heard of Chi Running? Our bestfriends do it, they were both very large when they started running and needed something to accommodate their needs, this style helps minimize the risk of injury, they have a website, chirunning.com, but there are also a bunch of vids on youtube that show you how to do it. I'm not…

Exactly! I so blame the media and all the extreme weight loss shows for making people think that anything less than a 5lb per week weight loss is bad. I'm averaging 1/2 to 1 lb per week now, and I am sooo happy with that number! I still have about 60 lbs to go, but I'm in no hurry to get there. I also know to expect my…

I dont mind the look of it, but I cant stand it when one of those wiry suckers decides to explore the inside of my nostril when I'm lying on my husbands chest.

1. Did you split amicably-no 2. Did you kill each other during the process-no, but my Dad wanted to kill him, literally, my dad was chief of police at the time and had a whole station full of police officers to help him out. 3. Was the divorce due to cheating-no, he was an abusive a**hole 4. Do you regret your decision -…

Why no meat? Unless its processed, any meat it okay, just make sure its fresh, all natural, with no fillers, added broth, etc. You have a very wide variety on a gluten free diet, just steer clear of wheat, barley, & rye, just read the labels, if any of these items are listed, dont buy it. Only buy oats that are gluten free…

DDPYoga! All you need is a mat and a TV, it combines cardio, intensity, resistance, strength, & flexibility, and its easier on the joints than walking. I've been doing it since July and I LOVE IT! You can get more info here www.ddpyoga.com , and for some inspiration, check out Arthur's story here:…

I dont think you can without going into his profile and creating the recipe, however, if you log in on his profile from his phone via the app, you can go to your profile/diary, and copy the meal from there. I dont know why you can copy a meal from the phone and not from the website, but its what my husband and me do to…

My sister is a low carb fanatic, she does a low carb diet a couple times a year, she does that because she can never keep the weight off once she goes back to eating normally (actually over eating, not just introducing carbs back into her diet). As for myself, I'm not interested in a fast weight loss macro nutrient…

For me, its fresh veggies (or frozen but without the sauces, etc), fresh proteins (nothing packaged like preseasoned meats), and I try to limit my processed foods, like pasta or bread, unless I make it myself, then its GAME ON!

You can create a food so that it falls into your "My Foods" tab, or, you can try being specific when you search, like, Trader Joes Yogurt Plain, etc. The search doesnt have to be in alphabetical order, it will pop up anything with those words in it.

My water intake has sucked for the past week or so and I feel sluggish. When I DO get lots of water in, I usually feel great, energized, & my joints dont hurt as bad. Gotta get back on the water wagon for sure. Thnx for the light bulb!
-
I dont think it matters, but for me its better to spread my cals out over the day. I usually have a lighter breakfast and a big dinner, with a couple snacks, mostly because I find I get hungrier in the evening, no matter how big my previous meals were.
