One thing that I did was add people as friends that I came across who were successful on MFP or anyone who seemed supportive. The more friends you add, the more people you will have that will comment on your posts. I don't just add people to add them though, I had to feel some sort of connection with them. Good luck!

I agree with the other posters before me...throw away the scale. Sounds to me like you are doing so many things right. I also think you aren't eating enough for how much you are working out. Good for you for getting to the gym and eating the right stuff. I think you will see some loss soon. I've been on here for a year now…

I'm only down 16 pounds so I can't even imagine what it will be like when I've lost 40 pounds BUT...this was my first NSV too! I HAD to dry my two pairs of pants that fit me because they were both so big and I needed to shrink them down. What a great feeling!
