My name is Luke I'm 36, and I'm from Bay Ridge Brooklyn. Up until April I didn't care how many calories I put into my body. I was drinking beer every day and eating good. I found out I weighed 275 lbs! I said to myself I can't do this anymore. The very next day April 16th 2012 I walked five miles and have not missed a day of at least a 4 mile walk since. I cut out beer to once a week and I still eat what I want. Between April 16th - July 28th I lost 46lbs and counting. I'm positive the biggest thing that helped me was the walking. I hated it at first but now I absolutely love it. I walk 4 miles in the morning and 1 mile in the evening and it's only an hour and a half out of my day. People tell me I'm nuts and at first I believed them. But when I started to see results, and my body got use to it, I couldn't wait to get out there. My body actually craves the exercise now. I love this application because at the end of the day it feels good to see what you've accomplished. My goal is 200lbs. currently 228. Profile picture is 24 lbs ago.
