  • Ok! This is what I thought! Good luck to you too!! I just finished a four week fitness bootcamp, and I gotta tell ya, tonight kicked my booty! I think once we get in to it though, we will see great results!
  • Thanks! I put in circuit training and looked up how many calories i burned based on my weight and the length of time I did it!
  • I started July 3rd as well, and have lost 2.5 lbs in two weeks!! So GO US! Keep up the good work!
  • I finally got a digital scale, and sure enough my old one (not digital) was 5 lbs off!! I am only weighing in once a week, in the AM and remember around your period it will fluctuate a lot too. I just started a bootcamp this week, and the director sent us an article about the scale and numbers. Yes, it is hard to not weigh…

  • I have bought fruit, and I also bought those 100 calorie snack packs that are cookie thin crisps! Yogurt is a great snack too for a sweet tooth! It is hard, I know, but just making better choices at the grocery store will help! Good luck!
  • I am in!!!!!!!!!!! I started on MFP July 3rd, and I am 177 and 5'3. I want to lose 40 lbs at least to start out with.
