I just started Level One tonight. For those of you who are on this, how long do you stay on Level 1? Just until you feel it is too easy, or for a week or what? Thanks!

    I just started SHRED today, too! What I got from it was, progress when you know your body is ready to progress. Good luck to you!

    Ok! This is what I thought! Good luck to you too!! I just finished a four week fitness bootcamp, and I gotta tell ya, tonight kicked my booty! I think once we get in to it though, we will see great results!

    That is defintely my hope, seeing great results. I feel like I will have to stick with level 1 for about two weeks just because I am not able to do the advanced versions of everything yet. But, either way, I am moving it and that is what counts, righ?!
