I usually do the 80% cocoa and about a half a square is good for me. But, that isn't going to help you so my other alternatives are some cool whip free with strawberries or if I really need chocolate a 90 calroie fiber one brownie bar. Not the best sub but it does work for me. :) good luck

I have found as I have lost weight I have started to get PMS and other symptoms bloating, cravings etc. which I never had before. Not exactly sure why but it has gotten worse as I have lost weight maybe my GYN will have some info at my checkup.

I have the same issue with my lower back, any of the exercises that have had us on the ground and useing our legs I have had to put a small pillow under my back so I am not in pain.
