Going Dutch is fine by me, but it should be established well before you go on the first date. I wouldn't appreciate being surprised by it, but if it's already agreed upon, it's fine.

one avocado + two eggs (blended together) + three strips of bacon, crumbled + one jalepino, finely chopped (both stirred into mixture, then poured into a small oven-safe dish) + one tbsp pamasian cheese, grated (sprinkled on top to coat, all cooked at 425 degrees f for fifteen minutes) = OMG YUM spicey avocado souffle. I…

I'd be more than happy to take a walk, if it weren't so darn cold right now. Mother Nature is really irritating me with this bipolar weather. lol

I work on an eliptical because that's the only piece of equipment I have and I live nowhere near a gym. I'm doing 12 minutes because that's all I'm able to do at this point. I'm mainly trying to build endurance right now.

I'm 5'4", 27 years old, and have a seditary lifestyle due to my desk job. I usually don't eat a whole lot anyway, but MFP started me off at 1200 daily and it has remained at that level even though I've lost almost 30lbs since. I do take multivitamines and suplements just to make sure I'm getting all the important stuff I…

Orange Roughy, it's a meaty fish with a very mild flavor. Delicious!
-
Had some today, used honey instead of agave and used coconut milk instead of almond. LOVED IT. Split into 4 servings, it isn't too bad.

Two eggs, one very ripe banana, a dash of cinnamon, and a blender. :3

thanks, I'll have to give this a try. :)

I'd love to know the first thing the homeland security agent thought when stumbling onto this particular search! Bahahaha!
-
I usually take a centrum multivitamin to cover all the bases, justy in case.

^ this, for the win. :) my docs were shocked, and my grin was at Cheshire cat level.

I love getting my doctors' feedback on my primal lifestyle, mainly because my success usually surprises them. I say go for it, it's one of the best ways to track your health results and get an educated professional opinion. That, in my opinion, is the best feedback you can ever hope to get. I nearly shocked my…

I've lost 22lbs since December 1st with my carbs where they are, I barely meet that goal though, so I may shift their numbers
-
Ok, so what about natural sugar levels? Should I limit those?
-
Well, I don't use sweeteners, the only sugars I consume come from my food, like fruits and stuff. I'll see about dropping my sodium intake, but that's difficult. And I use coconut oil to cook EVERYTHING. lol I was just wondering if I need to police my natural sugar levels like I do my carbs and protine and stuff.

Because I'm never hungry enough to eat all the food it would take.
-
I find it easier to close the protien gap with fish than with beef, certain fish just don't seem to have as many calories, so you can eat more without going bust.
-
IF I plateau, it's nobody's concern but mine, dear. :)
-
I'm not the one that asked, I just offered my experiance.
-
As a matter of fact, I have. Everything checks out fine and I'm feeling better than I have in years. What I'm doing works for me and I am not going to force myself to eat when I'm not hungry.
-
It's more like 4, dear, and 22 lbs since December 1st is pretty darn fast. :-p
-
Take a look at my diary then. My bloodtests always come back fine.

I'm sorry, but I have to disagree. It's neither a bunch of misconceptions, nor a waste of money. In short, it's buying food fresh and freezing/canning it yourself. If you don't like freezing and canning, then try buying foods with very few ingredients that are pronouncable. I've actually saved money buy eating clean, you…

Awesome job!

I'm still a good ways off from topless torso result pics, but your success is definately a good reason for me to stick with it! :)
