i have as membership at the ymca but havent been in 2 weeks smh... but i walk and do some free zumba dvds just started that yesterday but my problem is no energy and i have a bad back so let that hold me back because im scared of hurting myself

sitting in the house nothing to do...when im upset or mad.....i even sit there and cry of how big ive became and then go straight to the kitchen and dont understand how to change it just like right now im thinking about ice cream good thing its weigh watchers

THANKS FOR ALL THE RESPONSES I STARTED IN THE MIDDLE OF FEB AND I WAS 297 5'8 IN A SIZE 24-26 NOW I AM 254 AND IM IN A SIZE 20-22 I CAN GET INTO SOME 18'S MY GOAL AS OF RIGHT NOW IS BETWEEN 180-200 NOT REALLY SURE BUT I WANT TO BE ABLE TO GET INTO ABOUT A 12 AND I WILL BE HAPPY!!!!

im right here with u technically i need to loose 88lbs more but right now im just gonna try to get 54 off and see if im happy with my weight but i will be glad to do this with u ive been doin it steady for about 4 months and ive lost 43lbs i started in the beginning of Feb but wasn't serious enough
