Where I teach, our dress code prohibits wearing tennis shoes unless you have a note from your doctor. On the same pretense a note from the doctor may prevent you from eating THAT food. I would have to do something because I would not be able to stomach school food.

I did not like coffee for a long, long, time. However, when I wanted something other than a coke in the morning - I tried it with french vanilla creamer. It changes the taste. You may want to try it. Also 5 hour energy - it is small but I hear it really works (I have not personally tried it).

As I have started to get into shape I can no longer eat certain things the way I use to (and usually I don't want to). I went to the movies last week ordered popcorn and a coke - my tummy hurt the rest of the day.

I am a slow runner also. In fact, when I go out jogging with my husband, he can walk at my running pace. However, my focus is on beating my own time. If it takes an hour to run a 5K this time then next time I want to be under an hour. I also do better when I listen to music and/or use a mantra. Another thing that helps me…
