I've tried halving an avocado and freezing the halves, but find it gets stringy. It's better when already mashed then frozen.

Always double bag ;) underwire bra covered by sports bra - I am a 38F but will get a large or XL sports bra from target/Walmart etc. and it really compresses the girls. I can jog on the treadmill, and do all the regular movements in my weight lifting routine.

Often, I will eat eggs and bacon at work - so i microwave them from scratch instead of cooking and reheating them, because that would make them hard and nasty. if im at home i, i will bake them in the oven or cook them on the stove as i do not have a microwave.

im super lazy with my microwave eggs. i put them in a coffee mug, mix in some cheese if im feelin fancy, and microwave until done. they pop out of the mug onto my plate in a neat little tube of eggy goodness.

Yeah! 20 min on the treadmill, and made 11/12 min on a 12 min mile! Woohoo! Then a bit over 30 min weight lifting - full body day. I love the gym :)

In your 'nutrition' area, go to the more detailed breakdown. My carbs are set higher than I usually put them right now but as you can see in the pic, your middle column will tell you how many grams of that nutrient you want. If you're worried about going over your wanted carbs, when meal planning try not to go over that…

i'm a combination of A&C. At the beginning of the month i'll do a day of shopping at Costco and various other needed places for all my bulk items like protein, veggies & fruit I can freeze, egg whites etc. I spend a couple hours baggin & taggin and putting it all in its respective home. Then every Sunday I get my fresh…

weigh everything raw, and look up the ingredient with USDA written after it. That will probably be the most accurate calories/g available.

this is helpful :) I haven't really gone out to eat since I started back on MFP, so your reply will help me in general restaurant situations, along with being on the road. thank you!

Thanks! I don't think we will have a kitchenette - We are staying down by the warf, and my dad booked the hotel a couple months ago. I can survive with a fridge and a microwave - so if our room has that your suggestion would work fine for me!

It sounds as if she has a spark of *want* to be healthier. turning that want into action is all on her though. Please, love her where she is at, boost her confidence where she is at. See her as the beautiful woman you fell in love with a year and a half ago, and help her see the beautiful person she is in this very moment.…

3 slices Turkey bacon 3 egg whites 30g of cheese If it's the weekend, I'll get fancy, switch the whites to 2 whole eggs and make eggs in clouds. I'm all about protein in the am.

Congratulations!! It's a trip well worth it! Feel free to add me as a friend on here, and we can encourage each other and keep each other motivated :) Proteins and fats are important, but so is balance. Veggies and fruit help complete your nutritional needs. One thing I love about MFP is that you can see the nutritional…

Compensate for it in your day's meal plan, and then keep to the limit you set for yourself. If I go out, I've already accounted for my gin and water with a wedge of lime. Although going out dancing with the girls while sober can still be fun.

17lb down and I am still waffling between a size 10-12 depending on the brand. But I feel ill be permanently in the 10s in a couple lbs. I carry the most around my midsection, it's probably gonna be the last to go...

Agreed! I have started automatically weighing out almost everything as soon as I buy it. Admittedly, I only have to cook for one, but it's nice to pull a ziplock bag of uncooked chicken breast out of the freezer and know it's 170 g. Then pull out a bag of veggies that's already labeled to the ammount I typically eat in a…

As a girl who has dealt with big boob issues her whole life, i still do cardio (albeit not as much as i should). There are so many more options than the treadmill, or elliptical - try cycling, swimming, hiking, bellydancing, joining a sports team, yoga, rock climbing, skating, martial arts, walking. - the important part is…

I had a reduction a couple years ago - from a 38j to a large 38DD (almost an E). They took 6lb off. so thats about 1lb per cup size. if that helps?

i'm 5'4.5" and started at 204 in June, and am at about 186 right now. my goal is lower than 160 - 130 actually. i am exercising portion control (i crave way too bad when i restrict my diet) and working out 6 days a week. i am taking advantage of the summer months and swimming mon wed and fri, and going to the gym to do…

i was measuring, and doing REALLY WELL, then i got lazy and stopped. and i am still losing but not as much. i need to start again. i found it SUCH an eye opener, especially with meat. i would weigh a hamburger and realize that i was double what i thought it was (200g+ instead of 100g). i bought a 15$ food scale at my local…

My goal is 130 for now, i think i was in grade 7 when i was that tiny. i do have a decent amount of muscle right now and large boobs so i know that i may be happy being above 130, or want to lose more. im open to cganging my goal weight.

Thanks guys. that was my thinking too, but my dad was sketching out about it. maybe because i'm his little girl or something.

my favorite breakfast right now is eggs in a basket (1/2 a bagel in a frying pan, an put a whisked egg white in the hole. i top with 15 grams of light swiss cheese, melted, and 2 tbsp med. salsa) it comes in at about 167 cal, DV%4 fat, 14 protein, 27 carbs. or i eat oatmeal, one quaker oats pack is delicious and filling…
