My heaviest was 45 lbs. I purchased the adjustable Bowflex ones and am sooo glad I did because I could increase in smaller increments without having metal laying around my house.

I've gone from 32FF to 30FF with 13 lbs of loss and lots of muscle building. It totally depends on your body. I've NEVER been under a E cup and all the way up to a K cup (nursing) even when 20 lbs lighter than my current weight.
