I'm 5'7" & currently weigh 160. I've got about 15 more pounds to lose before I hit my goal weight. Add me, if you like! :)

I get up earlier 3 days per week to do my C25K walk/run. I am NOT a morning person, but it's only a 20-30 minute commitment each of those 3 mornings & I always end up feeling better about myself once I've actually done it! :)

Bump. Great ideas!

It's taken me 3.5 months to lose 18 lbs. I started out at 180, I'm currently at 162 & my goal weight is 145. Halfway there! :)

I'm just shy of 5'8" & am currently 163 lbs. My goal weight is between 140-145. :)

Hi, I'm Lisa! I've lost 16 lbs. in the last 3 months & only have 19 more to go until I reach my goal weight. I'm hoping to be down to 150 by the end of the challenge, which would be a total of 13 lbs for me. Anyway, I've found that groups like this one with weekly weigh-ins really help to keep me motivated...so here I am!…

Absolutely! And be sure to weigh yourself afterwards...you've probably lost at least a few ounces! haha.

If I need a little boost, I drink Crystal Light Energy (wild strawberry flavored) mixed in sparkling water - it has caffeine, B vitamins & fizz! :)

It's difficult for me to find a large chunk of time at any one point in the day, so I usually break my workout time into 2 or 3 segments of 10-20 minutes each whenever I can fit them in.

Bump for later use! :)

I've lost 15 already, but my goal is to lose 20 more! I log every day. Feel free to add me! :)

My stomach can't handle a lot of food when I first wake up & I almost never go over 200 cals at breakfast (except on weekends). My typical morning meal is either a bowl of cereal with 1% milk, light vanilla yogurt with fruit or a scrambled egg with a little cheese on top.

Welcome back! And I'm doing marvelously well today, thanks! :)

I mix 1 tablespoon of PB into a sugar-free chocolate pudding cup. Only 160 calories! :)

It's just me and my husband & we spend approximately $300-$400 a month for groceries, which equals out to $75-$100/week. We're military, so we do most of our shopping at the commissary...saves us a LOT of money!

I'm working on the 30DS. It's 3 different levels & you're supposed to do each level for 10 days. Whether or not you complete the program in 30 consecutive days is completely up to you. Personally, I do a "2 days on, 1 day off" schedule because my body needs that rest day to recover after working it so hard! Start with…

For myself, I count: pure water, sparkling water, vitamin water zero & crystal light mixed with water. If I drink other beverages, I log those as well, but don't count them toward my recommended 8 glasses a day.

I want...no, NEED...to try this recipe!

Happily married - and to the best man in the whole wide world, I might add! :)

^^Exactly!^^

I do some form of exercise every day of the week except Sunday.

Yes, thank you for sharing! You worked hard & you look absolutely amazing!

My husband and I dated for 6 months before getting engaged & got married 6 months after that. We've been very happily married since March, 2011, and are looking forward to spending the next 60 years together! IMO, 6 months was the perfect engagement length - long enough to get things planned, but not so long that it felt…

1. Because I prefer to embarrass myself in the privacy of my own home! 2. Because I live in southern Arizona; it's perpetually like 100 degrees outside here! haha.

^^This, exactly.^^ Nathan Adrian beats out the other 2 any day! haha. ETA: Happy Birthday to Ryan Lochte...he's 28 today! :)

Way to stick with it! You look fabulous! :)

My less-than-tactful 8 year old nephew asked me if I was pregnant. When I very quietly said no, he announced to the room, in his not-quiet voice, "Well, you sure LOOK like you could be pregnant!" Oh my. Kids...gotta love 'em! lol.
