I'm 5'7" & my jean size has been on a roller coaster in the last year! lol. In March, 2011: 142 lbs, size 6 or 8 (depending on brand) In May, 2012: 180 lbs, size 10 or 12 - 10's were tight, 12's were a little loose Today: 167 lbs, a comfortable size 10 & working hard to fit those 8's again! :)

I sure hope not, because I *hate* running! lol. But really, it seems to me that a calorie burned is a calorie burned...shouldn't matter HOW it's burned.

Yes, it's okay to drink more! 8 cups a day is the recommended -minimum-. :)

I don't...never been a morning person, never will be! lol. I try to do a light 15-20 minute workout (a short walk, a quick jog or Zumba)in the morning just to get the blood pumping & then save any heavier working out for when I get home from the office. :)

I'm doing the 30DS, too, and I've also noticed that my thighs are much leaner & tighter! Have you gotten to Level 2 yet? Jillian incorporates a -lot- of upper body moves into that workout!

MFP tends to overestimate on the number of calories burned, so I'll usually eat some of them back, but definitely not ALL. :)

I loved Loestrin 24! Took that for several months, then switched to the generic brand (Junel) as soon as it became available. Kept my skin clear, didn't have any noticeable side effects, my periods only lasted 2-3 days & the only time I actually noticed a significant weight gain was when I stopped taking it! lol. Good luck!

Arrowhead sells sparkling water that has "essences" of fruit in it. I've been buying that in the citrus flavors & either adding a bit of fruit juice or a half packet of Crystal Light...no extra calories, and it helps me with my need for carbonation! :)

Same here - gained over 30 lbs in 1.5 years and swimsuit season totally sneaked up on me this summer! Almost 28 (next month), 5'7", starting weight of 180...trying to drop it down to 145 or so! 8.5 lbs down, 26.5 more to go! lol.

Dr. Pepper & Lay's Kettle-Cooked Salt & Vinegar chips! I can't seem to manage moderation with those, so I just don't buy them anymore!

I do the 30DS on a 2 day on/1 day off schedule. I've found that having that "recovery" day really helps my muscles out!

9:45am - 181 calories eaten. After lunch (which I've pre-logged), it'll be up to 533.

I use a half & half mixture of Kraft Zesty Italian & Kraft Fat Free Caesar Italian dressings...ends up being 45-50 cals for each 2 tbsp serving. :)

The first couple of days are the WORST! My walk resembled a duck's waddle and going upstairs? Forget about it! lol. I'm going on Day 8 of Level 1 today - but I've been doing 2 days on, 1 day off schedule. My muscles thank me for the recovery day, and I find that I don't dread the next day of the shred nearly as much! Good…

I'm just slightly under 5'8" & my goal weight is 145. Once I get there, I'll decide if I want to go any lower!

I usually weigh myself twice a week (Tuesdays & Fridays - always in the morning before I eat breakfast!), although I only record my weight here on MFP once a week.
