yep :) but i feel like i've just stalled and really in need of toning my inner thighs and stomach :( and i have the problem of if i get into the low 60's i have the big head syndrome, lol!

i usually do and just listen to my body :) and just go a little easier than usual!!!!!!

do you have stairs?? i love to run up and down them holding weights it's a real calorie burner and skipping all you need is a rope and enough room :)

i paint my toe nails, do a facial mask, exercise, listen to some tunes :)

i to still see the fat me :( friends and family always tell me how good i look but everytime i look in the mirror i still see the bigger me! hoping after a while i'll be able to see the new me :)

i do dvds, skipping, jogging on the spot, up and down the stairs holding weights, purchased a cheap weights set and google weight exercises, when i really don't feel like working out i do the dvds cause then it feels like their doing it with me and im not alone lol :)

started eating 1200 and am currently at 1500 have lost 15kgs in 4 months :)

make it fun!!!!!!!!!!! dance around your living room, go for a nice relaxing walk! it's not all about the gym you have to learn to love working out and you can only do that if you enjoy what your doing :) so crank up the music and dance like your on so you think you can dance????? i did the other day and it felt great and…
