just puchased a kinect the other day along with nike training game :) i was wondering if anyone could recommend any other workout type games that they enjoy and would be worth me purchasing!!! thanks :)

When working out is easy but eating healthy is hard!!!!!!!!
So I'm back and hoping I can get my eating under control! I have no problem getting up at 5am and working my *kitten* off but then it all goes out the window with my eating! I don't want to be skinny, skinny but I would like to get these curves in check! If anyone would like to add me that would be great :smiley:

okay so i workout at home doing cardio and weights! but the question is how many calories do i eat to do both lose weight and build muscle???? i looked on one of the thingy sites that tells you how many calories and it says around 2000 but is that to high??? i don't wanna gain the weight back i've already lost!!! i'm 5'5'…

Im a SAHM to two children 12weeks and 2years and the problem is when i workout i feel guilty like i should be doing something with them or cleaning the house!
