Easy Peasy Protein Bar!!!

Made this today and it ended up tasting really nice :)

1 scoop chocolate protein powder
10grams smooth peanut butter
dash of maple syrup
small amount of light milk
coconut to roll

add the protein powder, peanut butter and maple syrup to a bowl carefully add a small amount of milk while stirring to form a sticky ball. Shape into a log and roll in the coconut :) simple as that!!! my recipe came out to roughly 210calories, 16carbs, 9fat, 16protein, 1 fibre, and this is for one serving! Hope you enjoy :)
