My tummy is smaller, which makes my so happy (I never ever had small tummy), and my arms are slimmer (finally the muscles are showing) and of course my thighs are not touching each other anymore..   • I started yesterday.. it was hard and harsh.. but totally worth it.. i felt so much better after exercise. I took my measurements, and will see how much it will change.. Feel free to add me for pushing forward..
  • I would love to lose some of the cm (inches). For the weight I am not sure... My weight should start coming down now.. so I am hoping 1kg :) I would be very happy with that..

  • Just finished Day 1 from Level 1. I was so sweaty.. and sore.. It is a great exercise. I think I will stick with it,and add some gym time if I am free.

  • Thank you all.. I got up this morning, and I do yoga in the morning and I pushed myself to do it. I was thinking to get a small reward for going to the gym.. Yes I have craps,usually first 2 days, after I feel better.. I feel little bit better for it.. :)

  • Monday - Sunday: yoga every morning 15 min to 30 min depending how much time I have Monday - Saturday: cardio stationary bike and elliptical, every day different around 20, 30 min DAY 1: shoulders and biceps DAY 2: chest and triceps DAY 3: Back and abs DAY 4: legs one day break and repeat..

  • yep have 2 of them.. one is just bellow the boobs, and i hate it.. i got if few years back and i lost the bigger one but that upper one never got away. now i do exercise every day and i am hoping they will disappear... seeing your guys photos i know its possible... hehe thank you...
