  • Yeah I usually stay under my calorie intake by a 100 or so, and then i workout for 30 minutes so its sometimes lower cause of that. Just to kind of stay in the ballpark Its so HARD im craving wendy's chilli or Mac and Cheese =( I cant really cook right now either, so i quickly made the fastest thing Thanks Everyone :)
  • Yeah I gave up SOOOOOO fast when I was on my Strict diet..i let myself have fun and eat a few junk here and there and i actually enjoy it.
  • I dont think Wendys and stuff is healthy, and just because you made the calories doesn't mean youre going to loose weight..you could be starving your body of nutrients that wendys simply does not provide..But again it could be a cheat day or whatever.   • Looking at everyones weight is so cool but a little upsetting at the same time. Everyone calls me fat and i'm at a good weight range for my height. I wear size 11 jeans though, because my HIPS/LoVE handles are SOO wide, and my *kitten* isn't that small anymore either, which isnt bad but i mean i'd rather be a size 4-6
  • i think it's because 1200 is the minimum, thats why you have to look at youre min calories for your height, age, body type, activity level and all that I always thought the same thing, why would you workout and then eat back what u burned..but i think if you workout you eat more calories. always been confusing for me
  • I'm 5'11 and weigh 160lbs goal weight is 130 I aim to eat 1200 calories a day..but my min on myfitnesspal is 1280 I haven't lost any weight UGH its so annoying to have to diet, when none of your friends are and they're always going out to eat.
