hello from chicagoland area

hey, i'm kevin, im 22, and engaged to my wonderful fiance Emili.
i work night shift as a CNC Machinist making parts for oil companies and renewable energy companies.
i've never been one for caring about my health but im starting to look into it now and deciding to make some changes in my life.

not sure how often i'll be on this site, but we will see how it goes
