  • Had for lunch today with grilled chicken tenderloins, sautéed onions, mushrooms, and green beans. I buy Roland Roasted Garlic. I don't love it by itself but I really like it mixed in things. Yum
  • 30 day shred has helped me a lot. When unare ready you will see how level 2 and 3 are consecutively harder. Just make sure that you are pushing as hard as you can the entire time since its only a 20 minute circuit.   • I've wondered this myself but now that you ^^ have mentioned about the deficit built in that makes sense. I have a hard time eating that many calories on the days I workout.
