Since this is the first time I'm doing this I will start at 50 miles. I def hope to surpass this goal but that would be doing 2.5 miles M-F minus 7/4. We'll see what I can do! So do we just check in on this thread every so often and say what we did and how many miles? Newbie here!

Thanks everyone. I usually do 20-30 minutes of cardio each day (depending on how long my lunch is). Yesterday I was in the gym for an hour.
